A massacre in the town of Safia in Al-Hasakah Governorate

On Oct 3, 2016, 35 people were killed, including 10 children, and 60 others were injured, when an ISIS member blew himself up by an explosive vest he was wearing inside Al-Sanabel wedding hall in the town of Safia in the northern countryside of Hasaka.
